one twin bedded room and shower room with wash basin and
toilet. Spacious kitchen/dining area. Separate
lounge with TV, DVD, video, selection of videos and radio. Both
rooms have doors leading to a patio with views of the magnificent
countryside.
On the first floor, two double bedrooms and one twin bedded
room. All bedrooms have wash basins, shaver point and fitted
wardrobes. Duvets with covers on all beds. Bathroom with
bath, wash basin and toilet, hair dryer supplied.
Large garden with swings, sandpit, garden furniture and
BBQ.
Includes full use of the facilities at The Olde House Complex,
just one mile away. The Complex has an indoor heated swimming
pool, indoor play barn, jacuzzi, sauna, full size snooker
table. Outside there is an adventure playground, swings
and climbing frame, tennis courts and indoor pets corner
for you to enjoy.
Friday to Friday changeover Easter to October. Dates are
flexible out of season.

Breaks - Out of Season
To
encourage that out-of-season holiday, when Cornwall
still has much to offer, there is central heating throughout
with open fire for those cosy winter nights.
Two or three night breaks, starting
on any day of the week, are available from November
to March, with substantial savings on peak period prices.
For guests staying during the Christmas/New Year period
a tree is provided with lights and decorations. Please
check for availability.
