We have set ourselves high standards to help our guests enjoy their holiday. The tastefully furnished and decorated living rooms are on the first floor to gain advantage of the views. The entrance to the property is by granite steps to the first floor leading to the hallway with W.C. Adjoining the kitchen is a separate dining area. Lounge with TV, DVD, video with selections of videos, plus radio/CD player and open fire. Downstairs - 2 double bedrooms, one with French door to garden, each with washbasin, shaver point. Third bedroom with one single and bunk beds. Bathroom with bath, washbasin, full shower and W.C. Large gardens offer swings, sandpit, picnic tables and barbecue, ample parking.

Saturday changeover (flexible out of season). Arrival time after 4.00pm - departure time by 10.00am.
Bed linen, central heating, electricity included in rental. Towels available to hire (not beach towels). Cot, highchair, stairgate available free of charge.
Baby sitting arranged on request plus small grocery orders. Direct grocery delivery. If you arrange a grocery order please do not organise delivery earlier than your arrival time (Lanjew Park PL30 5PB).
Pets welcome by prior arrangement. We do charge for pets. They must have their own bedding and must not be left on their own in the property.

The property is regularly assessed under the Visit Britain National Quality Assessment Scheme.
