Polzeath. Broad, gently sloping beach at the mouth of the Camel Estuary. Good surf. Surf hire available. Blue Flag Award.

Rock. Major centre for sailing, windsurfing, water skiing and sea fishing.

Trevone Bay. Gently shelving beach of fine sand in an area of great geological interest.
